We are so excited to have our church service and worship at the El Dorado County Fair on June 18 at 12:30 PM. (Special online service at 9 & 11 AM for those who can’t make it)
Tickets are no longer available online. If you purchased online tickets - please pick them up from the front office at Green Valley on Tuesday or Thursday during office hours - 9-12 AM or 1-4 PM.
Parking Info
There is free parking and shuttle services that we highly recommend on the day of the fair. Shuttle service runs from the Ray Lawyer Park and Ride (off of Forni Road, south of HWY 50), and from the Placerville Library parking lot. Taking the shuttle buses will help ease the bottleneck near paid parking that slowed arrival times last year. Buses are wheelchair accessible and start at 11:30 AM, a half hour before the fairgrounds open with a round trip taking 10 minutes or less, depending on traffic. We want everyone to make it in time and are told this is the best way to avoid congestion. Check out the map provided for more information :)
FAQ for Sunday on the Green
When should I arrive at the Fair? Go early. For free shuttle options, go to Ray lawyer Drive park and ride or library before 11:30 to catch the first Free shuttle - See above parking map for more info. Parking in the shuttle areas will help cut down on the bottle neck parking behind Raley’s caused last year and will help get more people in on time.
Is there seating? There is limited seating in the front, with shade, but you can bring your own blanket and chair or just sit on the grassy hill. And don’t forget your ticket!
Where are you playing? We’ll be on the Main Stage on the big lawn area at the fair.
