Memorial Meeting

Planning a Memorial Service and a reception can be overwhelming and stressful. We will walk you through the process and help you plan a celebration of you loved one’s life as well as producing a slide show, creating and printing memorial cards, putting on a full reception, and more. Memorials are held most Thursdays at Green Valley Community Church. We have two venues, one for up to 120 guests, and our church auditorium for larger services. Once you have decided to schedule a memorial service, call or email our Memorial team for a meeting. We will plan a slide show, a memorial card, and a reception, with your choice of Mexican, Italian, Picnic or Home Style options for the menu. Vegetarian options available whenever possible. Assorted desserts provided.

Memory Garden

What Happens After?

The Memory Garden

The Memory Garden is a place for families to go to remember the loved one they’ve lost. On Green Valley’s campus, the garden provides places to sit, pray, reflect, and be still. We pray that this garden will provide healing as families will have the opportunity to place a plaque in honor of their loved one.

At Green Valley, we believe in the support of community. When you are ready, we offer GriefShare, a support group that meets Wednesday evenings from 6-8 PM.
