Christmas Experience FAQ
Why aren't you having a Christmas Musical this year?
It takes a lot of time, resources and volunteers to put the show together. Committing to the time was difficult for a lot of people and added extra stress during the holiday season. We've also wanted to try something new for the past few years. We hope you like the results!
I don't have tickets, what do I do?
If you don't have tickets, please come to a service an hour before it starts. We have held back tickets for this and some people may not show up so we will release unoccupied seats 15 minutes before the service starts. We will try and make room for everyone.
I have tickets but I can't go, what should I do?
Please contact the church as soon as possible. We have had a lot of requests for seats and it would help us out a lot to know how many people will be showing up on a given night. Have more questions or concerns? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have tickets, is there anything special I should do?
Doors open an hour before service. We've got hot cocoa, a nice christmassy picture spot, candles to hand out. Please make sure you are seated 15 minutes before the services starts. That way we can assess how many seats to give to others.
Why were the tickets free? Why have tickets at all?
We are having 7 Christmas Eve services over 4 nights and realize that some nights would be more popular than others. In order to get the most amount of people into the services, we offered tickets to help distribute the seating more evenly over all of the performances. We hope very much that we can fit everyone in and are going to do our best. We appreciate your understanding and look forward in presenting our gift to you :) Merry Christmas!
