We believe an authentic church should strive to meet individual needs through relationships with others within our community. When additional care is required, our community care teams exist to meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs in difficult life circumstances.

Need Groceries And Clothing?

Every Saturday from 8am -11am we serve those with the most need in our community. Saturday mornings we come together to connect with the community.  Join us for a free hot breakfast and conversation. Free groceries and clothing are available for those in need.

Want to Volunteer?

Truly make a difference by serving those in need. 7am-11:30am. Just show up!

The Firewood Ministry

Need firewood?

We provide wood seasonally (approximately Nov-April).  A meeting with a pastoral partner, available Tuesdays or Thursdays, is required. Call the church office for an appointment 530.622.3231 or drop-in Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-4. Closed from noon to 1pm for lunch.

Want to Volunteer?

Work out in the woodyard, cutting, splitting, stacking and loading vehicles on Saturday mornings. Contact communitycare@greenvalley.church for more information.

Want to Donate?

We accept select wood all year round, (seasoned or unseasoned). It can be delivered to us in log, round or already split form. Contact communitycare@greenvalley.church for more information.

The Clothes Closet

We are currently accepting clothing and linen donations at this time. We do not accept furniture, electronics or household items. To find out the most current status on donations contact communitycare@greenvalley.church or call the church office.

The Clothes Closet is open Saturday mornings from 8am-11am during Common Ground.
